At Osoria, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at josefrilke878@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
As our products ship from third-party suppliers (dropshipping model), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Osoria will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at josefrilke878@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched to our supplier and cancellation may not be possible.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Gift cards or promotional items
