This website is operated by ORIVOXAI LLC under the brand name Osoria. We act as a retailer and work with third-party suppliers to fulfill your orders (dropshipping model). By using our site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Products & Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to monitor settings or supplier changes.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition. As our products ship from third-party suppliers, return shipping costs may apply. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched to our supplier and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

Osoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
