All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As Osoria operates on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website for current offers.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Osoria is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
